I absolutely love to move and use my body! I have played soccer, volleyball, basketball and badminton. I have tried running, swimming, biking and climbing a bit. I have been a teaching Zumba (latin dance), HIT, yoga, cardio and strength classes for +14 years.
I have come to the conclusion, that if I stick to just one kind of exercise routine, I get VERY bored!!
This is why I have created my own Cross Training bootcamp. It’s fun, it’s weird, it’s challenging but most important: time flies as you get fit
