About CrossYoga

About the CrossYoga Network

The CrossYoga Network is an international not-for-profit network of yoga instructors. We grew out of 'YogaFaith,' which is an American variant of CrossYoga. There are approximately 100 instructors around the world (as of counting in 2023)!

The network meets when an instructor invites to something! Currently, Mette and Berit invite us to meet online once a month. There is also a Facebook group where prayer requests, classes and the like is shared amongst instructors.

Everybody, no matter faith, is welcome in CrossYoga!!

CrossYoga is based on the Bible's view of life and people: All people, without exception, are valuable and loved. Through Jesus Christ, we can find our original purpose, redemption, healing of the heart, forgiveness, and a new chance. Every breath taken on the mat is an opportunity to surrender self, release stress and connect to the hope and love that God offers. Often through times of silence and stillness in the yoga practice, we are able to hear God's quiet, soft voice and encounter peace.

The CrossYoga Missionstatement:

CrossYoga is modern yoga rooted in Christ, which seeks to awaken, heal and strengthen body, mind, and soul.
